Annapolis Investment Limited Partnership IAnnapolis I was a $2.8 million single purpose fund that was formed in July 2004 for the specific purpose of investing $2.7 million in Greenbank Energy Ltd. at its start-up stage. Annapolis acquired 2.7 million shares of Greenbank in August 2004 at $1.00 per share. Greenbank was sold in September 2007 at an effective price to Annapolis of $0.93 per share. Peter was the Chairman and a director of Greenbank while Jody was the Corporate Secretary of Greenbank. Annapolis Investment Limited Partnership IIAnnapolis II is a $42.5 million fund that was formed in January 2006. To date, $22.5 million has been returned to investors, with $40.3 million remaining invested in seven companies. All remaining investee companies, but for Midway and Crocotta, are currently private. Of the original thirteen investments in the fund, seven were in pure start-up companies (meaning they had a management team and capital but few if any properties) while the other six were in early stage companies (meaning they had been in business for a period of time and had accumulated some properties and, in some cases, had production, but were still in the formative growth stages at the time of investment). Annapolis has two board seats in Caltex and Evolve and one board seat in HighRock. Peter is a director of all three (and Chairman of Evolve).
Annapolis Investment Limited Partnership IIIAnnapolis III is a $4.5 million single purpose fund that was formed in January 2007 for the specific purpose of topping-up the investment made in Evolve Exploration Ltd. by Annapolis II (Annapolis II invested $6,788,000 and Annapolis III invested $4,312,000). the Chairman and a Director and Annapolis has a say over a second board seat. Jody is Corporate Secretary. Annapolis Investment Limited Partnership IVAnnapolis IV is a $20.9 million fund that was launched in February 2007. All investee companies, but for Painted Pony Petroleum Ltd., are currently private. Of the original seven investments in the fund, two were in pure start-up companies while the other five were in early stage companies. Peter is a director of Corinthian and Caltex.
Annapolis Investment Limited Partnership VAnnapolis V is a $78.6 million fund that was formed in July 2008. To date, the fund has invested $48 million and is actively evaluating and pursuing investment opportunities in the range of $3 million to $10 million.
