Peter Williams is the President of Annapolis Capital Limited. Peter has 17 years of direct experience in the Canadian oil & gas industry. Most recently, Peter was the Chairman & CEO of two successful private oil & gas companies, Krang Energy Inc. (which grew from a start-up to 5,000 boe/day between 2001 and 2005) and Passage Energy Inc. (which grew from a start-up to 7,000 boe/day between 1999 and 2001). Peter also had a term as a governor of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, as Senior Vice President & COO of Stampeder Exploration Ltd., Peter oversaw the growth of the company from 500 boe/day to 34,000 boe/day between 1993 and 1997. Stampeder was a public company listed on both the TSX and NYSE. Peter has been a director of a number of other private oil & gas start-ups, namely Avalanche Energy Limited, Ice Energy Limited, Glacier Energy Limited, Berland Exploration Ltd., Greenbank Energy Ltd., and Breton Energy Inc. Peter is currently a director of Caltex Energy Inc., Evolve Exploration Ltd., Corinthian Energy Corp., HighRock Energy Ltd., and Bulldog Oil & Gas Inc., sitting as Chairman of Evolve. Prior to entering the oil & gas industry, Peter practiced law at Bennett Jones for 11. Peter earned a B.A. (economics) in 1974 and an LL.B. in 1981, both from Dalhousie University.

Jody Forsyth is the Executive Vice President of Annapolis Capital Limited. Jody has 16 years of direct experience in the Canadian oil & gas industry. Having served as an officer of a number of private oil & gas companies from start-up through to corporate sale, Jody has a wealth of experience in structuring and managing equity financings, corporate sale transactions, and corporate governance matters. Jody was a Vice President of both Krang Energy Inc. and Berland Exploration Ltd. and served as Corporate Secretary of Avalanche Energy Limited, Passage Energy Inc., Ice Energy Limited, and Glacier Energy Limited. Jody is currently Corporate Secretary of Evolve Exploration Ltd. Jody earned a B.Sc. (mathematics) and Dip. Eng. in 1985 and an LL.B. and M.B.A. in 1989, all from Dalhousie University. Jody completed an LL.M. in 2008 at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.

Mark Poelzer is the Vice President & CFO of Annapolis Capital Limited. Mark has 14 years of direct experience in the Canadian oil & gas industry. Having served as CFO of a number of private oil & gas companies, Mark has a wealth of experience in financial, accounting and taxation related matters. Mark was formerly Vice President, Finance & CFO of Vigilant Exploration Inc., Berland Exploration Ltd., Questor Technologies Inc., and Passage Energy Inc. and former director of Breton Energy Inc. Mark earned a B.Comm. (Accounting) in 1992 from the University of Saskatchewan and a Chartered Accountant designation in 1995.

Al Schink is the Vice President, Technical of Annapolis Capital Limited. Al has 31 years of direct experience in the Canadian oil and gas industry. As an experienced geologist, Al has served as a Vice President of a number of public and private Canadian oil and gas companies, including Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd., Burlington Canada Resources Ltd. and Berens Energy Limited. Al was also co-founder, President & CEO of Berland Exploration Ltd. (a successful private oil and gas company) and a former director of both Berland Exploration Ltd. and the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists. Al earned a B.Sc. (Geological Sciences) in 1974 from the University of British Columbia and a M.Sc. (Geological Sciences) in 1978 from Queen's University.

Brad Conrad is an Associate at Annapolis Capital Limited. Brad has 3 years of experience in the Canadian oil and gas industry, most recently as a Corporate Finance Associate at Peters & Co. Limited, an investment dealer that specializes in the Canadian oil and natural gas, midstream and oilfield services industries. Brad has experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private company financings and several facets of financial analysis and valuation related matters. Brad has passed all three levels of the CFA Program, and will be eligible for the CFA charter upon completion of the required work experience. Brad graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Finance) in 2007 from the University of Arizona.

Jennifer Rende is the office administrator of Annapolis Capital Limited. Jen is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she majored in administrative and commercial studies and has previous work experience in office and human resources administration.
